Fees for this service vary in accordance with the dimensions of the assignment.

ADVERTISING AND SHORT-LISTING

We offer the full outsourced service or provide selected services. With our help your advertisement will pro-actively sell your vacancy, not just announce it, and will contain the right information to attract the right candidates. Our ability to probe expertly and more deeply is a great asset -we know how to burrow below the "professional mask" at interview, and add value right the way through the recruitment process to achieve offer acceptance, and we continue to liaise with both parties for three months after recruitment. Fees for these services are negotiated according to the work package agreed, especially multiple recruitment requirements where costs per head can be much reduced.

DATABASE/CONTINGENCY SUPPLY . Developed over 25 years of specialisation, our database is a quality business tool, a a library of information built on voluntary applications; it is an orderly and efficient retrieval system develop to enable us to offer our regular customers a quick and effective source of applications from junior to head of function appointments. Candidates recommended from the database will have been through the Campbell Birch professional interview and will be presented with a page of Consultant's Comments, and for those with two or more years of experience, a skills profile. Fees for this service are 25% of the annual salary discountable to 20% for settlement of invoice within 30 days of presentation or 10 days after the candidate starts, whichever is the later.

CONSULTANCY. We offer salary surveys, recruitment process evaluation, skills templating for resource planning, skills testing of encumbent staff, psychometric testing.

WEB BASED ADVERTISING. As a Campbell Birch customer all your registered vacancies will be advertised free of charge on our Vacancy pages and we invite you to enhance your entry with logos and other imagery.
